Tender is invited to parallel framework agreements for modernization, new installation, service and maintenance of ventilation and comfort planning facilities
Short description: The framework agreements shall cover Carebuilding Oslo KF (oby), teaching building (UBF) and culture and sports building (KID) their overall need for modernization, new installation, service and maintenance on ventilation during a contract period of 4 years The assignment includes energy assessments of technical facilities, modernization, new installation, service and maintenance of ventilation and comfort construction systems, refrigerator for computer rooms, refrigerator and freezer, functional control kitchen extraction and heat pumps in OsloGhygg KF's real estate portfolio. Economic and stable operation of technical plant- to maintain the plant's technical standards that contribute to long life-environmentally friendly material use and low resource consumption, as well as low greenhouse gas emissions related to transport reorganization, the parallel framework agreements can be continued without content changes to the new enterprise.
