Parallel framework agreements for the purchase of complex tradesman services
We are one of the country's largest property managers with more than 2.7 million square meters spread over around 900 properties. The portfolio consists of nurseries, schools, nursing homes, care homes, fire stations, cultural buildings, sports facilities and everything from small warehouses to modern buildings. Several of the properties are registered on Byantikvaren's yellow list or subject to other conservation regulations, which makes the administration to an important social mission. The properties vary in size from 20 to 60,000 square meters. In order to ensure the necessary expertise and capacity, Oslobygg KF wishes to enter into parallel framework agreements with several suppliers within complex tradesman services. The agreement will cover several subject areas, including other carpenters, joiners, bricklayers, painters, plumbers, roofers, plumbers and electricians. Deliveries will range from smaller service assignments with low financial value to larger maintenance and rehabilitation projects with high complexity and cost levels of several million kroner. ----------------------------------------
