- Avinor shall enter into group covering contracts for the delivery of ICT cabling/infrastructure and electrical services. The contracts shall include all of Avinor's operational units in Norway, including Svalbard. Selected airports in categories D and E will be able to submit tenders for electrical services of a smaller extent. These will primarily be airports where there are no electrical contracts from previous.
