- Hadsel municipality intends to build a multi-purpose hall that shall be an arena where most shall exercise their activities based on their own wishes, skills and needs, and it shall contribute to create belonging. The procurement includes contracting a collaboration contractor for engineering design services and execution of the multi-purpose hall. The engineering design services will include a draft project, preliminary project and detailed engineering design services. Phase 1 of the project will include a sketch project and preliminary project in cooperation with the builder. Phase 2 of the project will include detailed engineering design services and execution, and will be carried out as a turnkey contract or a collaboration contract, this will be decided during phase 1 by the contracting authority.
