PC and tablet with accessories for employees (new competition) Innlandet county council publishes a new competition for a framework agreement on PC and tablet. Innlandet county council must have a new framework agreement on PCs and tablets with accessories for employees in Innlandet county municipality. The agreement shall contribute to an efficient and predictable delivery of digital work tools that support the county municipality's needs for quality, security and continuity of services. The client wishes to purchase PCs under this framework agreement, but will start the process of evaluating leasing until we start the process on a new framework agreement. The products must have a high ergonomic and aesthetic quality. The agreement must provide stable and competitive prices throughout the entire agreement period. The equipment must have a long life, be robust and energy-efficient and have a good design. Environmentally friendly and certified products must be offered and be designed for the easiest possible repair and replacement of parts. The provider must offer good warranty schemes, fast and reliable service, as well as easy handling of complaints. A user-friendly and clear ordering platform that simplifies the purchasing process must be offered. Deliveries must take place in a safe, environmentally friendly and efficient manner, with clear routines for delivery to the ordered delivery address. The products must meet current requirements for information security, and the Provider must have contingency solutions to ensure access to equipment in the event of unforeseen events.
