- The Department of International Cooperation at the Research Council of Norway (RCN) is inviting competition through open tender for a contract for the procurement of courses for the current European Framework Programme Horizon Europe and next Framework Programme (for now called FP10). • Pillar 2: proposal development, project management, financial reporting and preparation for audits. The estimated total value of a contract covering Pillar 1 and Pillar 2 is 20 000 000 NOK over the maximum period of four years, giving an annual value of 5 000 000 NOK.
