• Pilot marine nature accounting - accounting of "Nursery population and habitat maintenance services" Main assignment - upper financial limit: NOK 750,000 excl. VAT The assignment is about assessing relevant data and methods for creating a national account of the ecosystem service "nursery population and habitat maintenance services" as a contribution to the final ecosystem service "supply of wild fish" and create examples of accounts of the ecosystem service for the pilot area Coastal zone Lofoten. The assignment consists of four main tasks: Describe the ecosystem service Assess methods and data for creating national accounts of the ecosystem service Create and test examples of accounts of the ecosystem service for the pilot area. The examples must be based on easily accessible data and methods Present main findings and opportunities for further work in a report We encourage interested actors to ask the Norwegian Environment Agency to send the latest draft to the supervisor for keeping accounts of the ecosystem service "nursery population and habitat maintenance services" from IDEEA Group. The Norwegian Environment Agency expects to receive an updated draft by the end of February 2026. Option - upper financial limit: NOK 250,000 excluding VAT The option means having the opportunity to create several examples of accounts over "nursery population and habitat maintenance services" in the pilot area for testing on possible users.
