- Pipe technical services with associated material
The purpose of this framework agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) is to cover the Customer's pipe technical needs services in connection with extensions, new builds, rehabilitation and service. The agreement must ensure that all necessary installations, maintenance, renewals, dismantling and demolition of plumbing installations are carried out in a professional and efficient manner. The agreement includes the following services: Water supply systems: Installation and maintenance/renewal of pipes that supply clean water to taps, showers, toilets and other water outlets. Drainage systems: Handling of waste water and waste from buildings, including installation and repair/renewal of waste pipes. Sanitary facilities: Installation of sanitary equipment such as toilets, sinks, showers and bathtubs. Water-borne heating systems: Installation and maintenance of systems that use hot water for heating, such as radiators and underfloor heating. Sprinkler and fog systems: Service, maintenance and rebuilding of fire extinguishing systems, including replacement of spare parts. Compressed air and ice water systems: Specialized systems for industrial use. Welding: Welding of water/gas/steam distribution systems may become relevant during the contract period. A subcontractor is obtained if the need arises. Advice: Advice in plumbing services can include energy-saving measures, water quality, sanitary installations, drainage systems, water-borne heat, renovation and upgrading, sustainable solutions, as well as preventive measures against legionella.
