- Description:
- The objective of the procurement is to enter into a procurement contract for the purchase of 1 complete pipetting robot, including software and any necessary licence(s) for intended use, to the Pathology Department at Helse Stavanger HF. The pipetting robot shall be delivered with UV light, thermocycler and a fully validated method for Illumina TSO500 v2 and KAPA EvoPrep Boost Kit v2. At the same time a framework agreement shall be signed for the procurement of associated equipment dependant consumables. An option is to be offered for service, cf. Annex 10 - Overview of service levels, service courses, extended training in programming/advanced functions (if offered), suitable table for lab (if table model), barcode reader with the necessary software (if offered), fully validated method for Illumina TSO500 ctDNAv2, programming and verification of the modified Roche KAPA EvoPrep Boost Kit v2 protocol and other life cycle costs (spare parts/wearing parts/maintenance parts). The option for a suitable table applies for 4 years from the last electronic signing date. Other options apply from the last electronic signing date and as long as the equipment is in use by the Contracting Authority. The options can be price adjusted in accordance with the procurement contract point 4.2. The consumption of equipment dependent consumables can vary from year to year.
