Description : Sykehusinnkjøp HF [the Norwegian Hospital Procurement Trust] is dependent on good purchasing and consumption analyses based on the contracts that the enterprise has entered into on behalf of the entire specialist health service. In line with guidance from central authorities, it is desirable to carry out data collection using the PEPPOL infrastructure - specifically messages in EHF format. The platform for purchasing and consumption analysis must therefore have robust support for the transfer of data from the PEPPOL infrastructure, filtering of personal data before transfer from the access point, and have a dynamic and configurable user interface for carrying out various purchasing and consumption analyses.
The contracting authority asks that potential tenderers register their interest through Mercell. Sykehusinnkjøp will be notifying interested tenderers about a market dialogue soon.
