• Portfolio system for greenhouse gas accounting for Norwegian municipalities With this competition, NKF will enter into an agreement with for the delivery of an IT solution / system for portfolio management tools to collect and manage greenhouse gas data and accounting for use in Norwegian municipalities construction projects. The portfolio management tool requested will primarily be used to collect greenhouse gas data and accounting figures from the various solutions municipalities use in their building projects. The offered tool must be based on different standards, there blue. NS 3720 is central. It must be able to obtain data from the various systems that municipalities, and the municipalities' various technical advisers, use in their construction projects. It must be possible to obtain and display data, e.g. per farm and utility number, and various building parts. The data that has been obtained must then be able to be displayed on a dashboard, where the data must also be able to be systematised, including also showing data from other municipalities. Data must also be able to be aggregated at regional and national level. The purpose of the portfolio management tool will be both to let technical agencies in the municipality use it to manage their various construction projects, but also to generate data and facts for political decisions. The customer in the agreement will be NKF, but the actual users of the offered system will be the municipalities and municipal units that are members of NKF and choose to purchase the service from NKF.
