Description:
In the future we can need assistance in the form of capacity and competence for power system and network analyses. This includes, but is not limited to, the following areas: Carry out or assist in setting up, quality assure and use of the Norwegian model. Training of NVE ́s analysts in use of PSSE for analyses Preparation of the dimensioning case for load flow analysis to identify capacity limits Prepare dimensioning analyses for the power system. Carry out or assist in work with load flow analyses, outcome analyses, short-circuit analyses and other types of stationary network analyses, quality assure analysis results. Prepare method documentation for power system analysis. Use of PSSE files for a web model in the power market model tool Samnett. Tenderers must have separate licences for PSSE and use this regularly in a separate professional environment for power system analyses.
