- Gjemnes municipality has limited kindergarten capacity in Angvika, and today operates BHG in former apartment building. The municipality therefore plans to (1) expand today's building or (2) build a new and larger kindergarten building in the same area as it is operated today.In connection with the aforementioned decisions has Gjemnes municipality needs to acquire services to create a preliminary project for this project, as well as a calculation in accordance with. NS 3453. The purpose of the procurement is to meet the client's need for professional assistance to prepare the aforementioned pre -project. The preliminary project will form the basis for political priorities and measures in the coming years. The supplier shall use his professional knowledge and competence to help ensure that the purpose of the contract is met.
