Description:
We invite tenderers to a negotiated procedure. In this pre-qualification part, relevant tenderers shall be pre-qualified based on the qualification requirements and the requirements in annex 1. The pre-qualification municipalities representing the Response Centre in the Kongsberg region would like to enter into agreements with (1) one tenderer of a total system for digital patient signalling systems with the accompanying sensors, access control, port telephone as well as digital inspection. We have chosen a procurement based on the following needs: Greatest possible flexibility with the implementation of new types of sensors and safety technologyMobile equipment that can be adapted to individual needsIt is desirable that the equipment as much as possible shall be based on wireless technology. The response centre in the Kongsberg region includes Rollag, Hjartdal, Notodden, Kongsberg, Sigdal, Flesberg and Nore and Uvdal. Tinn kommune is not a part of the Response Centre, but participates as an option in this procurement. Kongsberg and Sigdal shall join the contract from the first day, whilst the remaining municipalities will participate as an option. After the award, the municipalities will individually sign their contracts.
