- Gjemnes municipality has limited nursery capacity in Angvika and currently operates according to previous buildings. The municipality therefore plans to (1) expand the current building or (2) construct a new and larger nursery school building in the same area as it is currently run. Gjemnes municipality needs to procure services for preparing preliminary projects for this project, as well as calculations in accordance with the above mentioned decisions. NS 3453. The aim of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for professional assistance in preparing the mentioned preliminary project. The preliminary project shall form the basis for political priorities and initiatives in the coming years. Tenderers shall use their expertise and competence to contribute to fulfilling the aim of the contract.
