• Prequalification and competition basis for renting premises to park and technical operating personnel - Vennesla municipality The park and technical unit is responsible for managing and further developing the municipal water and sewage systems, the municipal roads, outdoors sports facilities and parks. The department for municipal technical operations has a modern fleet of machinery which ensures the operation of municipal roads, the rehabilitation of wiring networks and the implementation of major projects under its own auspices. Park and municipal technical operating personnel are now spread over different locations, the purpose of the acquisition is co-location of the operating personnel. The municipal board has decided that premises will be rented for this purpose. It is relevant to rent both existing premises that may need to be rebuilt/extended in order to satisfy the requirements or new premises that the tenderer wishes to establish. As an alternative to land for locating new premises, the municipality can offer land at Lomtjønn. The premises must be close to the main roads in lower Vennesla, a maximum distance of 5km from Vennesla downtown. The site/premises must be fully regulated for the purpose when the offer is submitted, failure to do so will lead to rejection of the offer.
