Description:
Short Description: Defense Building Invites the supplier to submit offers in a competition with negotiation (two-step procedure), which applies to the following general contract for 3 buildings in the Rena camp. The project is located in the existing camp area. The project consists of a total of 3 buildings. Building A is erected on 2 floors, where the ground floor consists of a workshop/garage part and technical rooms. The 2nd floor consists of offices, meeting rooms and teaching rooms. Load structures/exterior walls and floor dividers are carried out in concrete. Steel facade panels. The building is constructed with a roof (roof trusses of wood). Total area (BRA) will be 1520 m2. Building B is in as an option. Building B is erected on 2 floors. The building is a storage building that is built with steel columns and walls in binding. Concrete elements shall be used in the floor divisions. The total area (BRA) will be 660 m2. Technical installations for electrical and plumbing are included in the general contract, including performance from connection points. Outside the building, there is a space for access for cars.
