- Prequalification: Construction of 132 kV overhead lines Fitjar and Stord Fagne plans to build an approximately 7 km long 66 (132) kV connection between Fitjar and Tysnes in Vestland county. In this connection, Fagne wishes to enter into a contract with a supplier for the purchase of material and construction of an overhead line on parts of the stretch. The overhead lines make up approximately 4 km of the total route of 7 km. The acquisition also includes the demolition of the existing cable end mast in Ersvika further north on Tysnes, as well as the purchase of material and construction of a new cable end mast, as well as rebuilding of the support mast including line extension. For a more detailed description of the estimated start of the contract, progress and deadlines, refer to the Contract Basis chapter E. Any negotiations may be carried out in several phases/negotiation rounds, where the Client reserves the right to reduce the number of offers to be negotiated. A first reduction in the number of offers can take place already in advance of the negotiations, cf. the supply regulations § 19-12 (4).
