The framework agreement shall include: ensure moderate innovation and facilitate development and change of today's technology solutions in communication technology to meet future defense and security needs nationally and internationally. This announcement applies to prequalification for further competition implementation. The framework agreement shall have a duration of four (4) years from the time of signing With the possibility of extension of up to three (3) years. The maximum framework of the framework agreement is estimated at 480 MNOK excl. VAT. of seven (7) years.
