Description : The aim of the framework agreement is to cover the contracting authority's need for fire protection clothing and body-close clothing for various departments in the Norwegian Defence.
The procurement will be made in accordance with the 'restricted tender contest' procedure in the Public Procurement Regulations, Part III, Section 13-1 first paragraph. This is a procedure with two phases that starts with this qualification phase (phase 1). All interested suppliers can submit a request to participate in the contest. Minimum 5/maximum 5 of the qualified suppliers will be invited to submit a tender in the next phase of the procedure (phase 2).
