- Prequalification phase Subcontract 04 Implementation of integration work This procurement will include both the purchase of material and the execution of the following work: Installation of steam and condensate lines from the existing waste incineration plant to interface with the carbon capture plant at Klemetsrud (Carbon Capture Plant - CCP) on the outside of the south-east corner of K3. Installation of round-trip district heating lines between the return line (from the Center) for K3 to the interface with CCP on the outside of the south-east corner for K3. Installation of demining water line (from CCP), process drain (from CCP) and compressed air with connections at both ends. 2 analysis stations for the analysis of steam, condensate and feed water must also be installed at the existing plant, and 2 dosing stations for dosage of the chemicals trisodium phosphate and ammonia water for K1 and K2. All systems must be tested before handover. The request concerns an execution contract. A contract will be entered into based on NS 8405 Norwegian building and construction contract, with the amendments and additions made to Hafslund's contract document template. The price model is a combination of fixed price and quantity regulation. Start of assembly on the construction site is estimated for October 2026 and takeover of contract workers is estimated for March 2027.
