- Prequalification R01844 - Rock protection and mountain cleaning
The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency administers, operates and develops properties, buildings and sites for the Norwegian Defence. This also includes rock installations, tunnels, rock rooms, rock cuttings and landslides. The objective of the framework agreement is to ensure The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency access to qualified and experienced tenderers for implementing rock protection measures and clearing rock. The framework agreement includes planned and acute measures within rock protection, including manual and mechanical clearing, securing work in steep terrain, assembly of bolts, the network and other safety measures, as well as the accompanying work. The agreement shall ensure quick mobilisation as needed, especially in events that could jeopardise life, health or damage to material and structures. The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency shall achieve predictability in terms of capacity, competence, quality and cost efficient execution of work through the framework agreement. The contract shall facilitate good interaction, compliance with the current laws and regulations, as well as safeguarding health, safety and the environment requirements. The framework agreement will be nationwide. The framework agreement will be valid for 3 (three) years, with an option for an extension for a further 2 (two) times for 2(2) + 2 (three) years.
