- Tendres Are Invited Defense Material (FMA) hereby invites suppliers to prequalify for the procurement of Vertical Take-Off and Landing (VTOL) Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) for the Ministry of Defense (FD) and the Ministry of Justice and Emergency Preparedness and their subordinate agencies. The aim of this prequalification is tofind suppliers who meet FMA's qualification requirements to compete for a framework agreement. FMA intends to enter into a framework agreement with one (1) supplier. It is assumed that the value of the acquisition will exceed the EEA threshold value and the acquisition will be announced on this basis at Doffin/TED.information on the prequalification can be found in the attached procurement documents.
