Description:
Prequalification Work boats/Diving support vessels
The procurement will be carried out as a competition with negotiation, divided into a prequalification phase (this phase) and an offer phase. The aim of the procurement is to meet the Norwegian Armed Forces' needs for work boats. The work boats will act as sea mobile platforms for military teams, including military diving teams and military EOD teams. The workboats must be accessible both with and without diver configuration, and thus achieve a standardized workboat across several departments in the Norwegian Armed Forces, which carries out coastal operations in civilian areas, near military installations and in port areas. FMA seeks, as far as possible, solutions that have been in operation and have documented performance. FMA planner delivery/partial delivery of the first order before the end of 2027. Before the end of the framework agreement and at the customer's request, the supplier is obliged to make an offer for a Follow on Technical Support (FOTS) agreement on the same terms and conditions as the framework agreement.
