Description:
Prequalification Work boats/Diving support vessels Defense Materiel (FMA) invites suppliers to prequalify for the procurement of a framework agreement for up to 12 workboats and spare parts. The procurement will be carried out as a competition with negotiation, divided into a prequalification phase (this phase) and an offer phase. The aim of the procurement is to meet the Norwegian Armed Forces' needs for workboats. The work boats will function as sea mobile platforms for military teams, including military diving teams and military EOD teams. The workboats must be available both with and without diver configuration, thus achieving a standardized workboat across several departments in the Armed Forces, which carry out coastal operations in civilian areas, close to military installations and in port areas. FMA seeks, as far as possible, solutions that have been in operation and have documented performance. FMA plans delivery/partial delivery of the first order before the end of 2027. Before the end of the framework agreement and at the client's request, the supplier is obliged to provide an offer for a Follow on Technical Support (FOTS) agreement on the same terms and conditions as the framework agreement.
