- Printing, scanning and copying as a service for the municipalities of Gjesdal, Time, Klepp, Hå and Bjerkreim The client needs to enter into a service agreement that includes printing, scanning and copying. The agreement involves services (as-a-service). The agreement must include a complete delivery of the necessary equipment and software to deliver the service as well as training, necessary operation, support and maintenance of the equipment. The agreement shall also include the return of the machine when the machine is replaced, the return of the machine when the need ceases at the user sites and the return of machine at the end of the agreement. The agreement to be entered into for the 5 municipalities must be based on all inclusive, that is to say that nothing extra must be paid for the number of clicks, toners or other necessary consumables.
