Description:
ICT Valdres, on behalf of the municipalities and our customers, intends to enter into an agreement for the provision of services for printout, copy and scan. Efficient and secure work processes shall be facilitated. Including the necessary integrations with adjoining systems in order to ensure i.a. efficient electronic work processes. It is crucial that the systems that are delivered appear user friendly, future orientated, professional, uniform and in accordance with the regulations. The contract will include maintenance and administration of existing machines, leasing/purchasing of multi-function machines, maintenance and administration. See the contracting authority ́s requirements in annex 1 of the contract for further information on the contents of the procurement.
