Description:
The contracting authority needs a test and competence tool for recruitment and development purposes. The procurement is for the procurement of a test tool, use of the tenderer ́s competence framework, certification courses, reports and user guidance and other relevant documentation. The tool shall help the contracting authority maintain high quality in its recruitment processes and the result of them. The contracting authority would therefore like a system that can predict candidates ́ job performance, at the same time as being user friendly for the contracting authority, test administrator and candidates. Tenderers shall be able to provide personality and ability tests. In addition tenderers ought to be able to offer value and skills tests. The contracting authority expects to use a SaaS service that safeguards information security and privacy in a reassuring manner.
