- Bærum municipality intends to procure a new, comprehensive and user friendly documentation and interaction system (EPJ) for the health and welfare services. The municipality would like to facilitate future orientated, innovative and efficient services that both support Bærum municipality's long-term aims and strategies, are in accordance with national guidelines for architecture in the public sector and that use the available national joint components. Our most important objectives for a new system are: Better quality in patient treatment, Increased patient safety, Access to necessary and relevant information, Functional and intuitive user interface, Simplified use of national solutions for digital interaction and Simpler solutions and expanded functionality adapted to an increasing number of users in home based services. The municipality will invite tenderers to a dialogue with the market around the process and need over the summer.
