Description:
This prior information notice will be sent out to make the market and potential tenderers aware of a coming competition in a major project that MOVAR has for Nye Fuglevik Treatment Facility (FRA) in Rygge in Moss municipality. This is the procurement of E2 - Automation. The E2 procurement concerns the delivery and configuration of software, and the procurement is therefore based on the Government ́s standard contract for IT procurements (the SSA-T development and adaptation agreement). The procurement will also include support and maintenance requirements. E2 includes the delivery of a complete automation system for Fuglevik RA. This includes automation and management of all processes delivered by other contractors, e.g. machine contractors. A monitoring system, a SCADA system, delivery and configuration of a complete process network (OT network), multi-interface to monitor and make changes to the systems shall also be delivered.
