Description:
Oslo University Hospital Health Trust has annual energy use of around 300 GWh, and has adopted an objective to reduce annual energy use by 20% (60 GWh) by 2030. Currently, in the long-term economic plan [økonomisk langtidsplan (ØLP)], NOK 30 million has been set aside annually until 2030 for energy efficiency measures. Based on this, we would like to invite tenderers to a dialogue conference to get input, among other things, on how the contracting authority can make the necessary adjustments for a sustainable EPC contract, as well as how the contracting authority can design a potential competition in the best possible way. The primary goal is that risk must be owned by the party that has the best prerequisites for handling the individual risk element.
