Description : The Norwegian Health Directorate has the ongoing management responsibility for the production and dispatch of European Health Insurance Cards.
Norsk Helsenett SF plans to hold a contest on behalf of the directorate for the production and dispatch of European Health Insurance Cards. The contracting authority would like a total solution that comprises both the receipt of files from the contracting authority, printing (personalisation) the cards, printing an accompanying letter, enveloping, and handing them over to a post operator. The assignment also includes the delivery of statistics to the contracting authority.
In this regard the contracting authority would like feedback from suppliers on the distribution of risk connected to a reduced number of orders/assignment scope.
