- Helse Vest intends to announce a procurement for entering into framework agreements on haemostasis agents. Prior to the procurement, the contracting authority would like feedback on whether the requirements in the requirement specifications are clear and whether there are any requirements that prevent competition. The contracting authority would also like feedback on some of the potential tenderers ́ products that have substances that are on the European phasing list (see the requirement specifications point 15). Please fill in the environmental form for which substances their products have. If tenderers do not have substances above the 0.1 weight percentage stated on the list, the requirement can be set as a minimum requirement in the competition or to remove the requirement. Tenderers who have sent the environment form in connection with a supplier conference do not need to resend this.
