Description:
The New Rikshospitalet shall be completed in 2031 with a large, new and future-oriented building. Regional and national functions shall be gathered here, at the same time a good local hospital offer shall be given to approx. 200,000 patients. The project Nye Rikshospitalet involves a total development that will be realised towards clinical use in 2031 of approx. 160,000 m2 GFA. The development is divided in rough terms as shown in the figure below. Contract 1012 Builder Office comprises a complete and turnkey module building carried out in accordance with TEK 17 comprehensive 200 office work stations, dining rooms for approx. 70, areas for support facilities and technical rooms. The modular building will be a time limited measure with duration to approx. 2032. In addition to the module building, infrastructure, outside areas and access will be developed.
