Description:
Bergen municipality would like to carry out market surveys for input in ongoing concept work to determine the municipality's future need for digital support for HR and finance processes. Bergen municipality currently uses Unit4 ERP as a system support for procurements, accounts, payroll and HR. The municipality has two installations, one for accounting and purchasing/e-commerce and one for HR/personnel, payroll, travel, travel book and outlay. The systems are installed in the municipality ́s operational centre and operated by the municipality ́s internal operational supplier. The current supplier has notified the liquidation of the existing systems and the municipality has started a concept phase to look at the municipality's current and future needs. In this process, it is natural for the municipality to assess a comprehensive system for system support in these areas.
