Invitation to market dialogue. Sykehusinnkjøp HF hereby invites tenderers to a market dialogue for the procurement of a laboratory information system for the health companies in Helse Nord. The market dialogue is a part of the preliminary work for the procurement and is being carried out because the Contracting Authority would like input for the procurement from potential suppliers, possibly also from other interested parties. As a part of this process, suppliers are invited to provide input to the procurement prior to the announcement. The feedback makes it possible to make a decision about the type of procurement and procurement procedure. Based on input from the market dialogue, the Contracting Authority will, as needed, open to a closer dialogue with some of the suppliers for further details and discussions.
