Description:
Bergen municipality is planning a competition for the procurement of an integration platform. The aim of this integration platform is to get better data and a better overview of data and integrations from all parts of our services in a future orientated information architecture. As the municipality plans to procure ICT system(s) that will cover the future needs of HR and payroll, accounts and procurement (e-commerce), we look at the possibility to cover a large integration and automation need through the procurement of an integration platform. Bergen municipality thinks that the system shall be delivered as a cloud service (iPaaS system), but appreciates flexibility in terms of operation form and is open to other models. The contract will include establishment, including training, establishment of integrations, and user support/support services and consultancy services. The aim of this notice is to get input from relevant market participants for Bergen municipality ́s work with competition preparations.
