Description:
Bergen municipality is planning a competition for the procurement of a new digital system for preparation, implementation and follow-up of political meetings. A political meeting portal shall be procured that involves the most seamless process from cases coming from the city council etc. until the final decision has been made in the elected bodies. The goal is to get as many of the functions elected officials use in their positions together in one place. A contract is planned for ongoing service procurements over the internet, "as-a-service" delivery.
