The contracting authority therefore requests feedback on the provisional tender regulations, requirements specification and price sheet, as well as the division into sub-contests.
In Annex Requirements Specification, the contracting authority would like particular feedback on whether some of the minimum requirements are too strict and restrict the contest unnecessarily. The contracting authority also wants feedback on whether other requirements are unreasonable or poorly designed in regard to the service provider's system/range. We also want to provide feedback on which sub-contest suppliers are expected to submit tenders where the offered solution is connected to a wired or wireless network.
The deadline for feedback is 22 April 2021 at 12.00. Feedback must be sent via Mercell.
