Description : Bergen Municipality has a portfolio of meeting room panels and 112 such panels have been installed in 11 different locations. A contest for a new framework agreement for this area will be published in the near future.
Before the procurement is formulated and announced, Bergen Municipality wants a dialogue with relevant market participants, and to receive feedback on what systems, products and services can be offered.
Feedback is to be sent to us via the communication module in the Mercell Tender Management Tool by 5.11.2021.
Bergen Municipality will then invite relevant tenderers to an individual dialogue. These dialogue meetings will be held in mid November.
