Description:
Change notification of prolonged deadline: The new deadline is Thursday 25 September (10:00). Oslo municipality c/o the Norwegian Welfare Administration shall procure an assault alarm in autumn 2025. The procurement includes installation, commissioning and continual service/maintenance of a system for assault alarms at four of the Norwegian Welfare Authority's drug and alcohol institutions, with an option for an expansion to another institution. The contracting authority shall be able to procure the necessary additional/replacement equipment within the system ́s lifetime. The procurement has an estimated value of NOK 8-10 million and will follow the rules in part III of the regulations. We would like, via this prior information notice, to carry out a market survey on due diligence assessments for responsible businesses. The aim is to examine the maturity in the supplier market so that we can assess which qualification and contract requirements shall be used in the procurement. See the attached document "Information on the requirements for due diligence assessments in Oslo municipality ́s procurements" for further information on the relevant requirements.
