Description:
Process owner assistance Nordland county municipality Nordland County Council is carrying out, together with Møre and Romsdal County Council, a re-implementation of the Visma ERP solution. The work started in January 2026 with the signing of a contract and the establishment of a joint project organization with project management, change management and technical management. The re-implementation is closely connected with the restructuring work Omstilling 2026 and a planned reorganization of the staff and support functions for budget, accounts, salaries and acquisitions. Both of these works aim to reduce variation, ensure professionally robust environments, streamline and create more predictable services across the organisation.
