- Sortland Municipality's construction department (under the Unit for Planning and Management) has long arrears with construction matters that are increasingly becoming more than the department manages to serve. The municipality has recently completed two new hires in the construction case department, so the department will have 6 employees construction case handlers, of which One has the subject manager.
