Description:
The agreement encompasses further development of the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and the product that has been piloted since the fall of 2023. A gradual escalation in the use of the product, especially, and AI in general, is expected. AI tools and services in the State Health Supervision and STAF must be implemented, managed, and used in accordance with legislation and be appropriate for a supervisory authority, covering both current and future needs for support in work processes. The purpose of further developing the use of AI in supervisory work is to facilitate the daily work of employees in the supervisory authorities and to utilize a common and future-oriented infrastructure, where employees can more easily and efficiently find and utilize knowledge, expertise, and information/documentation through a solution that is available to the employee in a secure environment. The solution to be further developed should contribute to increased and improved efficiency and knowledge base for employees in the Health Supervision and at the State Governor, both internally in the various entities and across entities. It is important to have a simple and intuitive user interface that will not require extensive training. A flexible solution that is easy to adapt to the customer's changing needs will be emphasized.
