- EBY needs an MOM(D) system to make the processes connected to management, operation and maintenance of properties, sites and infrastructure more efficient and digitalised. EBY currently manages properties of approx. 130,000 m2 of varied character and use. The portfolio consists of residences, commercial properties, sites and fastening agreements. EBY would like to procure a web-based MOM (U) system with a standard off-the-shelf system that can support us in the management, operations and maintenance assignments. This is expected to increase both the quality and efficiency of the execution of daily tasks. In this round we are only conducting a market survey. A draft of the tender documentation is attached.
