- Procurement of assistance for further development of Drammen municipality's ServiceNow solution Drammen municipality uses ServiceNow internally for all employees in a separate service portal. In addition, modules are used for ITIL-based processes, where users can report errors technical equipment or generally turn to for assistance (helpdesk) and the inquiries are followed up whether they are Requests, Incidents, Changes, etc. Separate processes have also been established for HR, among other things, onboarding of new employees is a service in ServiceNow. The municipality currently uses the modules PSDS, ITSM, SPM, HR, CSM in ServiceNow. An assistance agreement must be established for ServiceNow that ensures access to specialized advisory expertise as well as resources to assist with everything from the development of simple user solutions in ServiceNow for more complicated tasks related to architecture, integrations, secure management, upgrading and support of the municipality's ServiceNow solutions. The resources will assist the municipality's own ServiceNow team and ensure that expertise related to what is being developed transferred to the municipality.
