Description:
Procurement of assistance for handling ICT security incidents The Directorate of Fisheries wishes to enter into an agreement with a supplier who can assist with incident management. Incident management means a process for identifying and handling ICT security incidents. An ICT security incident has occurred if an actor has or has had unwanted access to one or more information systems - or it is suspected that someone has gained such unwanted access - with the intention of gaining access to sensitive information, or to destroy, damage or alter information on the systems with regard to confidentiality, authenticity, integrity and/or availability. The supplier must assist the Directorate of Fisheries with the incident management process. See the competition documents for further information on the procurement and performance requirements.
