Tenders are invited to procurement - AV equipment to the city management hall
Short description: The purpose of the procurement is to meet the need for audio-visual equipment (AV equipment) in the City Management Hall in Ålesund. The city management hall is frequently used for larger meetings and when the municipality's city council is collected. When this saddle is relatively large, sound quality from microphones and speakers is important for good reproduction. The size of the hall is 423 m3. It is expected that the selected supplier can describe how offered AV equipment can work under the acoustic conditions and limitation of the salened design and whether there are special measures for acoustic adaptation and / or location of audio sources that can / should be implemented to improve Sound reproduction in the saddle. The solution should be universally designed and be able to facilitate physical and digital meetings. The client also wants assessment of existing AV equipment, and information about what can be reused. The expected cost of the acquisition is 150-250 000 NOK excl. VAT.
