Description:
Version history version 222.11.2024 version 101.11.2024FMA shall enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of a Counter Unmanned Aerial System (C-U-) on behalf of the Norwegian Armed Forces, with the ability to detect, identify, engage and neutralize threats performed through the air (uas class 1). A C-UAS shall consist of a command and control system (K2 system), sensors and effectors (kinetic and/or non-kinetic), with necessary integrations with the Armed Forces' command and control systems. In addition, a service agreement for the support of the system will be entered into. The competition is twofold, where (1) the first phase is a pre -qualification of the providers, with a deadline for applying for participation. Providers that have been eligible will be evaluated in accordance with stated selection criteria and then ranked. Based on the ranking, the FMA will make a drop where the 5-10 best providers will be offered to participate in (2) the second phase of the competition. In the second phase of the competition, the providers will be sent complete competitive basis and invitation to submit offers based on FMA's detailed requirements for the system and components, as well as FMA's starting point for the upcoming negotiations.
