Description:
Procurement of chemical handling system
and exposure register) for the entire Drammen municipality, and applies to the delivery, implementation and support of a chemical handling system (drug directory and Exposure Register). The municipality of municipality is subject to requirements in the Regulations on the execution of work and the Act on Control of Products and Consumer Services (Product Control Act) and shall procure an IT service that facilitates the company's compliance with these requirements. The Agreement has a duration of 3 (three) year and then renewed automatically by 1 (one) year at a time unless it is terminated by Drammen municipality with 3 (three) months' notice before the renewal date. The annual amount is only an estimate based on previous years' consumption.
